Job Description 

• Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
in a timely fashion.
• Performs a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of
company products, database engines, and operating systems.
• Escalate problem to 2nd line support team with full and clarified investigation.

Requirements

  • Experience in relational database Engines (SQL Server).

  •  knowing the language .net or similar scripting languages.

  • Network monitoring software.

  • Knowledge Microsoft 365 “Administrator”.

  • LAN.

  • WAN.
