Job Description
• Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
in a timely fashion.
• Performs a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of
company products, database engines, and operating systems.
• Escalate problem to 2nd line support team with full and clarified investigation.
Requirements
Experience in relational database Engines (SQL Server).
knowing the language .net or similar scripting languages.
Network monitoring software.
Knowledge Microsoft 365 “Administrator”.
LAN.
WAN.
